Adding YAML header key values from file name/date

What I’m trying to do

I use the ReaditLater plug-in to add content from websites into notes in my vault…
I didn’t update the ReaditLater template settings and I have all these notes without proper YAML headers.

I want to go through these notes with templater and add YAML headers with Key/Value pairs where the values are parsed from the file name and creation date of the file.

For instance I want the YAML title to be set from the file name (without illegal characters in the file name like commas and quotes.

Also is it possible to set the YAML date from the file creation date?

Things I have tried

I tried searching the web for information, and looking at the templater documentation, but I cant figure this out.
