Adding languages to codeblocks

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to add a not-so-popular language synthax to Obsidian codeblocks: Visual Foxpro.

Things I have tried

I searched for this problem in the help forums, but only found a closed thread that mentioned prism.js already having the language the other user was trying to add. the language I am trying to add is not on prism.js (yet, it has a push pending on github)

I have no Idea what to do in order to get this to work. I would like to use obsidian for code and project documentation, and being able to add Foxpro as a Synthax Highlight would be perfect.

Sadly, I think you just have to wait for it to be approved into the syntax highlighter, and then wait for Obsidian to include that new version.

Be aware though that live preview and reading mode uses different syntax highlighters, so if you’re lucky it could be supported in one of them. Other than that one can sometimes use a similar language and get a partial highlight.
