I have tried using tasker plugin to mark my tasks as done and add completion date. However, it doesn’t properly work when using dataview + referencing. So I’d like an implicit way instead of adding done dates to my tasks so I can get a better overview of what I’ve accomplished in the week.
Just to clarify: what you mean by “using dataview + referencing”? what’s “referencing”?
Dataview has an option to add automatically a completion date inline field. But that only works when you complete the task via dataview results, i.e., when you check the box in query results, not in the “original” task.
That would work perfectly, I will use that.
