Adding a template to Android app

I don’t know if this is a bug or not.

When I create a document, I will usually then want to add a template. I cannot figure out how to do this on Android.

Here are the steps:

  1. I create the document.

  2. The keyboard presents itself.

  3. The command button to most things on the app is now obscured by the keyboard.

  4. I tap on the top file name thread and the keyboard goes away.

  5. I tap on the command button and tap on insert template.

  6. Nothing happens.

What are my missing?

Works here too. Do you have templates set up and their location set in Settings > Templates?

(Also, you can add the Insert Template to the mobile toolbar so you don’t have to close the keyboard: Settings > Mobile.)

Working now… not sure what the problem was. Probably me! Thanks for your help.
