I cannot zoom out of the graph view in smaller increments, because i am only able to scroll with my Windows mouse settings, which is 12 lines pr scroll.
It makes zooming for your desired level impossible.
In order to zoom Obsidian graph in smaller levels, i would have to change a global setting on my PC and ruin my browsing experience in all other apps.
Proposed solution
Either:
Make a zoom slider to the right in the settings already shown. It would fit in great there.
Only work around is changing your operating system settings, which compromises your experience elsewhere. My finger would have to run a marathon to scroll websites, just so i can zoom in Obsidian graph.

Design programs like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop etc, lets you zoom in and out in small steps, regardless of your mouse settings. Usually with CTRL + Scroll.
Browsers also have a slider, so you can drag that for more granular control, or use your mouse wheel.
Obsidian has none of these things for the graph view, and it makes it frustrating to use and get value out of.
Guess no one cares about this. I dont know what scroll settings you are all using, but it must be tiresome to scroll so few lines at a time in your browser.
I guess I and some others just cannot use graph view then. A big feature of Obsidian. As shown in my examples, it is impossible to use like this. And i am not gonna change my scroll in every single other app just because of graph view.
Created an account to post about this but this topic was the first thing I saw upon logging in.
Yes, more zoom increments for both the graph and the canvas are badly needed.
What’s weird is if you use the sidebar zoom buttons on the canvas view rather than the mouse wheel, you get two additional increments. But there seems to be no settings to apply this zoom to the wheel behavior, it’s only true for the button.
I don’t have this issue with zooming, maybe you should consider to buy a new mouse?
Another thing, some applications allow to scroll in or out in smaller increments if you hold Ctrl/CMD or shift, alt or if you use combos of these modifier buttons. Maybe it works in Obsidian as well, didn’t try it myself.
