Add transparency to linux

Use case or problem

There used to be an option for a translucent window on most platforms, however due to a problem with electron + windows api, you decided to remove it.

Proposed solution

I do not know how your code works or if it would be possible to just enable it for linux users or those on platforms which have this working, but if you can, then just do that.
