Add Toggle Line wrap into command pallet

Use case or problem

It would be useful to toggle line wrap via the command pallet because when working with multi cursor with line wrap on, end of is the “end of line wrap” instead of the actual end of the line.

Proposed solution

Add the ability to toggle and persist Line wrap into the Command Pallet. It’s likely not too useful for it to be able to assign it a a hotkey.

Current workaround (optional)

  • go to settings
  • toggle line wrap off
  • do the edits
  • toggle line wrap on
