Add toggle-filters to Changelog for minor/catalyst

Use case or problem

After having upgraded across multiple major versions in one go, it would be nice to find a summary of all breaking changes and shiny new things. However, since the Changelog lists EVERY SINGLE minor release of BOTH Public and Catalyst, it’s extremely hard to find the changes, you are looking for. And since only a limited number of results are being shown, Ctrl.+F does not help either

Proposed solution

Add two simple filters to the list

  • … to toggle minor versions
  • … to toggle catalyst versions

Current workaround (optional)

Lots of time searching (or am I missing something?)

If your browser keeps its in-page open as you move to new pages (Safari does), you can press its Next button again after going to the next section of the changelog. Obviously this is more tedious than searching a single page or having toggles, but it can get the job done. I did it recently when trying to find a particular change. But I definitely would have preferred an easier way.
