Add an option to turn of the preview in the file manager

Use case or problem

I want to turn off the preview that pops up in the file manager when you hover your mouse over the file name. It’s not useful to me, it gets in the way, and is distracting.

Proposed solution

It’d be really cool if there was an option in the settings to turn this feature off.

You can go to Settings -> Page Preview to turn on Ctrl+hover only for Files. Maybe that’s helpful.
