Add 'All notes' smartfolder (flat view) to the File browser

Hi!

There is rather useful feature in native Apple Notes app: ‘All iCloud notes’ folder which contains all the available notes in flat view (disregarding of which folder/subfolder they belong):

This can be very useful when you need to quickly review all the recently added/changed notes and you want to review all notes, not only the notes in the root folder or some subfolders.

There is a workaround: you can use a search path:/ and then save this search to be able to quickly perform it from the Starred items plugin. As far as I can see the path:/ search returns all the notes in the vault.
