Add ability to turn off Image Resizing (available since ver. 1.12)

Images in Live Preview can now be resized by dragging from the corner.

Please add a setting to disable this. This seems to cause problems for users with exisiting workflows.

Desktop, Windows, v1.12.4: Image Resizing Feature breaks basic image operations in Live Preview

Please add a toggle option in Settings to completely disable the new image resizing feature. After clicking on an image in Live Preview, keyboard operations stop working entirely (except ESC). This feature feels quite disruptive, frustrating and is a much worse implementation compared to the mousewheel-image-zoom plugin.

Editing text above or below images

What I’m trying to do Usually when I try to add text to my documents filled with images I would click on the image to insert text. Now when I click on the images I am forced to resize them. I cannot click between them or on the side. I’m wondering if there’s a way to insert text between images. Things I have tried I tried clicking them with the special function keys like ctrl, alt, shift. I have tried clicking on difference parts of the page.

Resizing inline Excalidraw not working anymore after newly update

Steps to reproduce In the lastest update, inline pictures can be resized manually by dragging, which is a great improvement. However, the inline excalidraw link with resizing stop working(it worked before). The figure can be displayed but the resize just cannot take effect. Expected result ![[Excalidraw/example.excalidraw|100%]] this excalidraw figure should be shown as a width of 100%, but the width does not work. It displays as this( without resizing ): ![[Excalidraw/example.excalidraw]] …

Workaround?
I am myself currently not affected as the install of the Awesome Image plugin makes it impossible to use this new feature and in any case, I like to use Image Converter for destructive resizing plus a text expander to add pre-configged width parameters (so I wouldn’t really use this new feature).
