Add a handle to indicate drag availability on groups

Use case or problem

I was working with the graph groups and wanted drag and drop ability or for paths defined to use the more specific path before using a parent path for color selection.
I did not know that drag and drop was available until I read this forum post: Re-order groups after creation

Proposed solution

A drag indicator/handle would indicate to the user that drag is available.

Current workaround (optional)

Right now, the tooltip on the color selector button says you can drag to reorder the groups. It’s not visible unless I’m looking at tooltips.

Re-order groups after creation

On the graph view, we are able to create and delete groups. additionally, groups seem to be ordered by the color the groups are in. I would like to be able to re organize the groups I make after I created them so I don’t have to delete multiple groups to move one group to the top of my list

I didn’t know about this feature until I saw this post. I was about to make a feature request because I was frustrated with having to re-do all of the groups and colors when I wanted a particular group to stand out over others when a note had multiple matching tags. A drag indicator/handle could save users the time of figuring that out.
