Steps to reproduce

Create a new vault (Optional)

In any sidebar, move the “Outline” or “Tags” section above or below another section.
(Note: Whether you choose “Outline” or “Tags” or whatever, the selected section must contain content, such as headings, tags, etc. respectively)

Increase the width of the same sidebar

Close Obsidian
-
Open Obsidian and reduce the size of the same sidebar

The bug appears: it is a scroll bar that allows you to scroll horizontally into empty space

That scrollbar shouldn’t be there because it doesn’t make sense and adds visual clutter.
