A plugin that creates a split window to be able to see two different parts of a long note like in word

Hello, I suggest creating a plugin with a very simple function.
Split the view of a note in two parts, like Word does. That would allow writing and at the same time make footnotes, make a final bibliography or put links or something else, without having to be continuously moving down and up.
It would be really useful when the note is very long.

You can already do this, since the first versions of Obsidian.

Split down
Split right

Or just open the note a 2nd time in a new tab.
