+1 for this feature. In my work installation of Obsidian I’ve enabled the Daily Notes core plugin and this DOES have the feature to navigate up/down the list of files in File Explorer. But we need this navigation ability for the core app. The currently available option of going back/forward in the navigation history is not as useful. Can the authors pls ping this thread if/when such a feature is released?
can we have an additional hotkey for closing the navigation pane? it seems that we can open the navigation pane with a hotkey but not close it
Chakka, would be an extremely helpful feature! Please consider not having to grab the mouse for going to and navigating the file explorer.
You can define, in the settings, hotkeys both for showing and hiding the sidebars.
