Use case or problem
When using pdf viewer, searching things in outline is very common. But since current outline uses a fixed space when turned on, the font size inside pdf changes every time I turn on or turn of outline, which is somewhat noising.
Proposed solution
A floating outline like what pdf view inside edge browser has may be a nice solution. Turing on and off doesn’t affect the size of content of a pdf. It can be added as an option for user to decide which mode to use.
