I write fiction and nonfiction for a variety of publications including Analog, Clarkesworld, The Daily Beast, 99U, Daily Science Fiction, Lightspeed, InterGalactic Medicine Show, and several anthologies. I am an active member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.

I used to be Evernote’s paperless ambassador, and I was featured in Lifehacker’s How I Work series. I’ve been blogging since 2005 and am currently writing a series called Practically Paperless with Obsidian, which documents my move from Evernote to Obsidian.
