I used to be a scientist and engineer, well I guess I still am, but fallen foul of the typical career path of becoming a desk jockey. I run a large portfolio of early-stage technology development (hardware, not software). I’m not scared of trying to make something work in Obsidian, but what little coding experience I have comes from being in the graduate lab 30 years ago, trying to force pieces of ancient equipment to do my will, in an attempt to gather data for my dissertation…it was a minimal viable product. I am currently, slowly, teaching myself python, but only because I got bored one day; there’s no practical reason.
