Hello, I’m new to Obsidian and have tried my best to find a solution. If you could point me in the right direction or provide some advice, I’d greatly appreciate it 
Q: Using the ‘import notes’ option with Zotero Integration, how can we make the highlights the same colour in Obsidian?
Previous Zotero to Obsidian workflow
- Utilised a template (‘literature note’) to import metadata and highlights from Zotero source.
- Customised theme CSS so Highlightr would highlight Zotero annotations in the same colour.
New Zotero to Obsidian workflow
- instead of importing all my highlights from a source, I now create a note and select only the most relevant highlights to import. I use the ‘import note’ option from the Zotero Integration.
- However, the annotations in the imported note are not highlighted (or say what colour highlight I used).
Note:
- I selected ‘show annotation colour’ in the Zotero note. Not sure if that does anything.
- Do I need to customised my theme CSS again so the Highlighr plugin can highlight the new method of importing annotations?
