Write current note name to body of another note

What I’m trying to do

I want to create a command that I can use to take the name of the current note and write it as the sole content of a named other note, say “Clipboard”, or optionally (even better) write the full path of the current note to that other file.

Things I have tried

searching google, searching this forum, asking chatGPT (it just made up fictional plugins, ha ha)
