(Windows) Task check boxes are broken in preview mode

Steps to reproduce

Type

or in editor mode
switch to preview mode

Expected result

The [ ] should display a empty check box and [x] should display a filled check box

Actual result

they both appear as typed

  • Operating system: Windows
  • Obsidian version: 0.6.5
  • Using custom CSS: No

This is not a bug.
In markdown the syntax for a list with checkboxes is

- [ ] Unchecked
- [x] checked
