Windows File Explorer opens in the background when triggered from settings

Steps to reproduce

In settings, click open folder under snippets or plugins. This might be a windows only bug, apperiently its working as intended on mac.

Expected result

The window should appear at the top, forefront, or whatever you call it.

Actual result

The window appear behind obsidian, so I have to move obsidian, or alt+tab to find it.

Had the issue since I started with Obsidian. Didn’t like it but didn’t realize it was meant to be otherwise until Eneswar brought it up on Discord.
