Windows 11 - Can't create or open any vault

I’m on a fresh Windows 11 installation and I can’t open or create any vault with the newest version of Obsidian. Every time after clicking on Create or Open the application just freezes with no response. Creating a vault with the Quick start option just works fine.

I already tried reinstalling and deleting config files, etc. but nothing changes.

Controlled folder access is not activated on my system
