Win 11 can not open the obsidian

Yesterday, the obsidian works well. But today, when I open my laptop(win11), it can not work… no UI but in Task Manager can see it.

I reboot my pc, no effect.
And I try to uninstall the obsidian, and install the 1.7.7 in my folder, still didn’t work.

After I seach on internet, they says should use the default folder, I try this, it’s ok.

Why?
