Use case or problem

I don’t really get the point of Obsidian using a specific comment syntax %%comment%% that isn’t recognised anywhere else.

Proposed solution

It’d be great if users can choose to use the conventional HTML comment syntax <!-- comment --> with the natural ⌘ / hotkey.
