Why is the line starting with [^1] gets so big under a heading?

I’m trying to set a footnote using Obsidian. But the weird thing is, the line starting with [^1] gets really big. Is there any reason for it?

the footnote is [^1]:

[I-d-as]

@searene This is just a guess, but make sure you add the colon after the [^1] when composing the footnote at the bottom. Otherwise, Obsidian doesn’t see it as a footnote. I realize now that this is what was already suggested.
