Where does this toolbar come from and where are the settings?

I honestly cannot find the settings to this, and don’t know if it’s a plugin or where it comes from.

I’m using… any ideas?

If you do Show debug info from the command palette, and post that information here, someone might be a little better equipped to help you. You might even understand it yourself, when seeing which plugins you’ve enabled.

It’s a plugin. It may be obvious which one when you look at your list of installed plugins.
