Where did my icloud obsidian branded folder get created?

What I’m trying to do

I am writing some instructions for my family on using Obsidian and I noticed that when I look at my icloud drive, where my vault is stored, there is an Obsidian folder that has the Obsidian logo on it and within that folder is my vault.
I do not recall adding this folder when I created my Vault, but I do remember trying initially to create a vault from my iPhone, maybe this is how it got created? Not sure.

I want my family to have the same thing but when I tried to create a new vault, it was stored in iCloud_Drive/root as “NewTestVault”.
Any ideas how this was created? Should I just tell them to create an Obsidian folder in my iCloud drive and then choose that as the location for their new vault?

Things I have tried

I have looked and do not see any references in docs or the forum and wanted to understand how this might have been created.

Most likely yes …
Obsidian being restricted to what it can access on iPhone/iPad, vault(s) one would like to sync between Mac, iPhone and/or iPad through iCloud would need to live/being stored within that specific folder  .

For the rest though, I have no idea how that would work
But I do hope someone will chime in with some more insights :four_leaf_clover:
