I am looking for snapshot history files, which provide records of file modifications. I think that if I can send these diff records to Copilot, it can generate more accurate results of what I have done in recent times.
Things I have tried
I conducted a search in my vault, the AppData\Local\Obsidian folder as well as the Roaming folder. However, I did not find anything.
I can’t answer your question, but just wanted to let you know you may want to think twice about sending your vault data to copilot. Microsoft has over the years demonstrated over and over rather blatant violation of privacy laws and if you value privacy, you should reconsider sending all your data to such an entity as copilot.
As matter of fact, those of us that still value the shreds of privacy we have left only use AI that is installed locally on our vaults. It’s one thing online to ask a question an AI to get an answer, yet entirely another to have a cloud based AI crawl through your entire vault. Don’t forget that they love your data, as it is simply taken and used to plagiarize by feeding your copyright and private data into the AI’s neural net.
In the end you are your own agent; I just wanted to point this out to you. Cheers
