Where are options added to left sidebar when I right click a note?

I love Obsidian. I spend many hours learning across many rabbit holes. For this issue, I have spent too many hours looking.

I run two vaults with same theme and plugins. One has a great feature I use all the time, the other doesn’t.

When I right click on a note in file view in sidebar, I have MANY options in Vault 1. Particularly: Rename, Make a copy, Move file to…,Star, Merge entire file with…

In Vault 2 I only see default options.

Any idea how I turn this on for Vault 2.

Sorted. I deleted Workspace file and uninstalled and installed most plugins. All good now.
