When putting a checkmark in, append date time to end of line

Use case or problem

So that if you need to check on whether task was done, you would know when it was checked off. Could be appended inside %% comment %% to avoid rendering in preview

Cool idea.

It could be combined with something like this as well: Confluence like task list and date popup

I think I remember seeing that something like this was also on the roadmap for the Dataview plugin, but don’t quote me on that. That could be different than what you are asking and for all I know it may already be implemented.
