I am using the Obsidian app on my android phone. When I try to use the share button on a file, I get an option for email and plug/print.
When I hit email, it will not attach the file to an email. If I hit the print email it will print the file as a PDF.
It was working fine over this last weekend.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You could export it into a file of your choice, and then email it. You could also just copy it, and then paste it into the email because it is Markdown.
Thank you for the ideas. Its not letting me export the file at all.
This file was for a submission and it needed to be sent as an attachment within a email. So unfortunately I cannot just copy and paste into the email.
Again thank you for your ideas

No worries!
Oh I see, hmm. Another option I can think of is to try using a different email app.
So I can help more (if you are comfortable with sharing this), what file types are accepted?
Sadly it’s not giving me the option to use another email app. It’s only giving me “email” or “plug/play print”
The plug/play is a printer option that automatically converts it to a pdf file.
I was previously sending it as markdown as early as last weekend. I would prefer markdown. Where is that was the requested format for submissions

Can you not just copy the whole thing and paste it into the email app then? Since you want it to be Markdown, this would be the best solution!
