Steps to reproduce
- Have 2 pages
- On one page create some text that is italics formatted and within the italics ends in bold formatting (e.g.
*this is some italics and **bold text***) - Observe that both the italics and bold renders
- On the second page, embed the text using transclusion (e.g.
![[Referenced page#^block-link]])
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? [Y/N]
Yes, minimal vault attached
Transclusion-bug.zip (3.4 KB)
Expected result
On the second page, the text renders the same as the first page (i.e. both italics and bold render)
Actual result
Only the bold renders. The * characters used for the italics are rendered instead.
