What's the menu on the right called and how do I pin a note to it?

What I’m trying to do

I am trying to pin this note I’ve focused on into the righthand menu like I’ve done twice before for other repeatedly-used files. I forget how!

I was hoping someone could tell me how and tell me what the menu’s called with some more context, too. I use it nonstop but for the life of me I can’t name what it is called.

Things I have tried

I’m really just drawing a blank. When I right click the tab I have a bunch of options pulled in from other Community Plugins that I use and I cannot discern which is the right option or if this is even the right way to go about this task.

The Commander plugin might help but first you do have to know what each menu is called, which is where I always get sideways in Settings

OK cool, so it’s definitely my context menu. Funny because I use it incessantly, like would be lost without it.

Also, my brain was obviously quite gassy () since it was a simple matter of dragging, dropping, and pinning.
