What plugin used to show multiple notes like floating effect

It’s the core “Stacked tabs” option. There’s also a command Toggle stacked tabs that you can run.

Things that you don’t know that you need before you see it I saw this on webpages, but never thought that this could be done in Obsidian

Need to try on a wider monitor

There’s some easy CSS to make the stacked tabs wider, take up the full window, etc. good stuff.
