The title said it all. I need to know the maximum number of tags Obsidian can handle. I use tags extensively and I want to make sure this won’t cause me a problem in the future. Currently I’m close to 1k tags, and expect to reach several thousands in the coming years.
This is just a technical question. So kindly refrain from discussing why I might use this huge amount of tags, I have my reasons.

What do you mean by tags? Are you referring to files?

tags are keyowrds you add to notes using #
example: #tag1 #tag2 etc

In that case, there are no current tests, that I know of, for the number of tags that obsidian can handle.
