Hey, just following up on this with some more info. A couple of people over on the Arch GitLab helped me test this, and we’ve narrowed it down: It’s a Wayland native issue: If I force Obsidian to run via XWayland by adding --ozone-platform=x11 to my config, the clipper starts working perfectly ag…

[image] bermudi: also can’t test with appimage because it doesn’t register the obsidian:// protocol handler on my system You can make this work with .desktop file. I don’t know which package you use. For linux we only support the packages we make under KDE or GNOME. Sorry. The recent packag…

I am not sure you have the same problem as OP. Maybe you have this one [image] Obsidian://open (and Web Clipper) works only when Obsidian is closed; no response when Obsidian is already running (Windows) Bug reports I have found the root cause, which is an un…

Thanks for your feedback. But I think it fits more the description here, as the title is written in my notes, in contrast to the other thread, where no note is created at all. Plus I am using Arch Linux, not Windows. Also, the description here fits very well: `github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-clipp…

[image] BMB: github.com/obsidianmd/obsidian-clipper/issues/299 Well, i had this problem on Cosmic DE with Chrome, it created the file with empty content. I switched to legacy mode (within extension settings) and it worked, so I’ll be running legacy mode for the moment while this doesn’t get …
