Web Clipper "Add to Existing Note" Behavior Includes Extra Line Break

(This may be better suited to a bug report or feature request, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just missing a solution)

What I’m trying to do

I want to use Web Clipper’s option to adds to an existing note and basically keeping a running list of URLs. This works, but there’s an extra line break between each entry, meaning I can’t make a bulleted list without line breaks.

What I want:

What I get:

Things I have tried

I set up a Web Clipper template (using the Firefox extension on desktop, as well as Firefox on Android) with the ‘Behavior’ configured to Add to an existing note, at the bottom -OR- Add to an existing note, at the top. Doesn’t matter which.

The ‘Note Content’ is one line, just a link set up as * [{{title}}]({{url}}). This works fine, but clipper seems to automatically insert an extra line break before each clipping.

I assume this is the intended behavior, but if so, can I suggest that clipper NOT include this extra line break by default? Then, in cases where a double line break is desired between clips, it can simply be added to the template, no?

Thanks! It’s a minor complaint to be sure, but hopefully an easy adjustment as well? I’m super happy with Obsidian and Web Clipper all around.

I also have this issue with a similar use case of appending a row onto a table. An extra line is added even when I remove every unneeded line in my file.
Would love to have a feature for each template where this space can enabled/disabled.

Yes, I’ve started to use template in Obsidian Clipper, and wanting to build a list of links into my clipping note I am having the problem that a blank line is inserted at each capture.
It would be better to give the option to insert the blank template line instead of the default
