I have a real problem with using the internet too much, watching YouTube videos in particular. Using a macOS app called Cold Turkey Blocker Pro I can regulate htis. If I click a URL to a YT video (or anything else) within a Obsidian note, though, I can still watch the video. So how I can prevent this to safeguard against me clikcing on the link?
