Way of opening daily note with a line break and ready to write

I have been trying to figure out the best way to open the daily note by adding a blank line at the end of the note to continue writing there. I would like this so I can assign a URI to this action and add a shortcut on my android home screen.
I’ve tried QuickAdd, which picks up my idea pretty well but the text you want to add you write it in a separate box, which is fine for computer but for mobile it doesn’t make much sense.
I have also tried Advanced URIs but I can only find the option to open the file in a heading or a specific line.

I think the best way to do this is with the Templater plug-in. Here’s one of a few threads here talking about this.

One neat feature from text expanders is cursor hints (link from Espanso site) where you could place your text cursor anywhere you want it to be placed in the expanded text after typing instead of having it at the end, which requires added mouse movement if you want to type somewhere in the middle of the text expansion.
