I start a new page by creating the heading structure (using a template), and then I start adding to each heading-section.

When the headings are folded, I’d like to be able to tell at a glance when a heading-section is empty (meaning is has no non-heading content).
Proposed solution
Empty heading-sections could be shown without the folding triangle, or the folding triangle could look differently for empty heading-sections.
Current workaround
Adding a heading section only when I have content for it.
