Every time I press on a specific part of the page the transition to that area is very jumpy.
I am not sure if a plugin started causing this or if it is a built in issue with Obsidian.
Has anyone encounter this?

For issues like these it could be one plugin, a combination of plugins, or your theme.
You need to try the troubleshooting steps - also linked at the top of the template when you clicked “new topic” in this category.

Don’t forgot to restart after you turn one (or more off). Some of the heavier ones don’t fully unload without a restart. 
Ok, found the culprit! It’s the Multi-Column Markdown plugin…
The question is if there is anything to do to solve it while using the plugin
or is the only option is to remove it?
If it is… then, is there a way to use columns in Obsidian with another plugin?
