If I want to transfer all my Obsidian files from one directory to another, how can I transfer the vautt profile (used plugins etc) together with my Obsidian files? Is there a specific file I have to look after?
Just do the transfer, then in the vault switcher you specify the new location.
You’ll want to remove the vault shortcut to the old location while you are at it.
If you move the whole vault along with the config folder (default is .obsidian), all your settings will be the same.
