Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a note
  2. Open the preview pane with Ctrl+Click to make a 2-pane layout.
  3. Type some text.
  4. Select the text.
  5. Press Ctrl+B to bold it.

Expected result

  1. In the edit pane, the **stars ** appear around the selected text.
  2. In the preview pane, the text should show as bold.

Actual result

  1. The **stars** appear around the text in edit pane, but the preview pane text remains unbolded.

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Obsidian version: v0.6.1
  • Using custom CSS: No

Additional information

  1. This happens also for italics.
  2. The preview pane only updates the text to bold after I press another key.
