I have searched and read posts on commercial licenses and read the Obsidian Help Vault

What I’m trying to do

Hello - I have purchased two commercial licenses. I would like both license holders to have access to the same remote vaults, but I am not sure how to accomplish this. I have sync, but will the other license-holder also need sync on top of the commerical license to access my remote vaults? Or am I just totally out of luck?

Hi Kevin,

We haven’t implemented sharing through obsidian sync yet. Although it is technically possible and it is on the roadmap.

Use case or problem Now that Sync is basically working for multiple devices (mobile + workstation), we should extend it to add support for inviting other people to share Vault syncs. This is a big need for us, as we individually use Obsidian for personal Vaults, but we have common knowledge we wish to share amongst our team. Right now, you can share the vault using a third-party service, like dropbox.
