Use the same line and bullet point spacing in preview mode as in edit mode

What I’m trying to do

I’ve noticed that the way preview mode displays line spacing, as well as the spacing between bullet points and their respective text, seems more well-spaced and balanced. I’d like to know if it’s possible to apply the same line and bullet point spacing settings from preview mode to edit mode, since I rarely view my notes in preview. I always feel like my notes look messy and the letters and paragraphs are too bunched up.

Things I have tried

  1. First, I tried to be content with using empty lines for spacing. While it did give the notes more breathing room, most of the time when reading, it seemed like the title was somewhat disconnected from the text that followed due to the size of the space.
  2. I tried some snippets, but usually something breaks. Some that exist in the forums themselves are a bit outdated, and the code has changed. Even though I managed to look for a code or two to change (I’m not a programmer, sorry), something would break or just wouldn’t work.

What I would like is to have a more controlled way to adjust these spacing settings in Obsidian, especially in edit mode, whether it’s a snippet, code, or plugin.

This question comes up occasionally. I don’t know if people have found any methods that satisfy them, but if you search the forum you should be able to find what others have suggested and tried.
