Update references when renaming a heading

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a note A with a heading in it
  2. Create another note B with a reference to the heading of the note A (i.e. [[Note A#My Heading]])
  3. Right click on the heading of the note A and extract it to its own note

Expected result

I expect the reference to the heading that got extracted to its own note to be updated accordingly. For example: [[Note A# My Heading]] → [[Note from My Heading of Note A]]

Actual result

The reference to the heading remains unchanged.

The title of your post is wrong. You are complaining about updating references when extracting a heading.
