Obsidian maintains a plugin deprecation list used to disable (versions of) plugins that do not behave correctly or cause problems. This lists is automatically updated daily.
It makes sense to also refresh this list when a user manually triggers the “check for updates”, right before new plugin versions are installed/enabled.
