Update already updated plugin

Steps to reproduce

1. Install plugin
2. Check if there is an update

Expected result

1. No update update button is changed to remove plugin

Actual result

1. Update button even when plugin is updated

Environment

• Operating system: Mac OS

• Obsidian version: 9.9.1

Hello,

I think it is kind of a design flaw to display an update button on up to date plugins.

As long as the installed plugin is the latest version, there should not be an update button I mean. It is misleading and could be display:none;.
