Unvolontary creation of an "untitled" note, with "BASE" written in the title bar, and inside a full table of my notes

What I’m trying to do

Each time I open Obsidian, a new “untitled” note is created without any intervention of me. At the right of the file name (untitled) it is written “BASE” in small characters. In the note, there is a table with all my notes. I don’t understand what’s the function of this note. If I move it to an other folder, a new one is created.
I have some plugins, you will find the complete list here below. Is it due to a bad setting ? Is it normal ? If this file is necessary, can I chose her name, and her folder ?

Thanks in advance for your help !

Things I have tried

I have checked all my plugins settings and documentations !

What you are describing sounds like a file created by the new Bases core plugin released by Obsidian (It’s installed by default when you updated)

However you can disable it if you don’t want it; Settings → Core plugins → Toggle ‘Bases’

I don’t know why it’s being created spontaneously though.

P.S : Check out the what the bases feature does. Even though I usually keep it disabled, I have made use of it when needed.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I’ve learned something more ! Not using this plugin for instance, so disabled !
Sorry for my english, I’m a french speaking native !
